the room was luxurious and well-equipped with modern amenities. the bathroom, though lacking proper heating, was clean and elegantly decorated. the friendly staff did their utmost to ensure we had a comfortable stay. We also relished the delicious breakfast spread, which had a good selection of local cuisine.
The poor coordination of the staff, which resulted in us being given the keys to uncleaned rooms.

The hotel's modern and trendy decor caught my eye right away. I was pleased with the location, which was quite central to the city's attractions. the comfortable bed and excellent shower were standout amenities.
I had such high hopes for the breakfast but was disappointed by the poor selection. The WiFi was troublesome, frequently disconnecting.

We loved this hotel! The room was very clean, spacious and cozy. The staff was amazing, they were all friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were great, especially the spa area that was just perfect for relaxation. The transportation was easy to access, and the hotel provided parking which was very convenient. Also, the hotel is located in a lovely neighborhood, in a quiet and pleasant area.
All was perfect.

The design of the hotel was impressive and modern. the staff were friendly and provided good service. the hotel had a nice gym, which was clean and well-equipped. the hotel was located near a shopping district and had easy access to a major highway.
the air conditioning didn't work, which left our room hot and stuffy.

This hotel is a hidden gem. From the moment we arrived, we felt like royalty. the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Our room was spacious, elegantly decorated and had exclusive amenities that exceeded our expectations. the private facilities were exceptional, fulfilling all of our luxurious needs. the bar/lounge area was cozy and sophisticated, perfect for a nightcap.
Our only minor issue was with the restaurant. Although the food was delicious, the service left a lot to be desired.

I loved my stay at this brand new hotel in La Paz! The rooms are spacious and luxurious, with comfy beds and elegant decor. The staff are incredibly friendly and made me feel like a special guest. The hotel is spotless and everything is well-equipped. The use of the Smart TV and exceptional WiFi made my stay even better.
Nothing bad to say.
